The Merkava tank and Namer armored personnel carrier (APC) successfully crossed a water barrier as part of its capability test.
In this test the Merkava tank is part of the 7th Brigade. After continuous rains in Israel the IDF conducted an operational exercise for the Merkava and Namer APC to test their capabilities in different terrains. In this exercise the IDF used a natural water obstacles. These large water obstacles were created following the heavy rains in past month.
